Hotel selection Hotel reservations will be confirmed by Amiconi Consulting upon receipt of your registration form along with your hotel deposit (50% of the total amount). This deposit will be deducted from the balance which must be paid one month before the check-date. Should the desired hotel no longer be available, every effort will be made to offer similar accommodation.
